The Field Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in driving lead generation and supporting the local sales team through innovative grassroots marketing, community outreach, and successful event execution. This position involves working directly in the field to identify opportunities, build valuable relationships, and activate strategies that contribute to sales growth, enhance branding, and elevate community presence. Ultimately, the Field Marketing Specialist is instrumental in achieving market growth objectives. This role collaborates with agents and their leaders to create impactful plans that boost new enrollments, improve retention of existing members, and establish meaningful connections with community organizations and influencers. You will begin to influence department strategy and will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, working with considerable autonomy to determine objectives and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Liaison Role: Serve as a vital link between markets, sales, and community partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution. Team Culture: Cultivate a collaborative, mission-focused team culture centered on growth, impact, and accountability. Outreach Strategies: Develop and implement innovative local outreach strategies, including events and partnerships, to generate high-quality leads. Lead Cultivation: Identify and nurture high-potential lead sources, including T65 opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and measure the success of grassroots marketing, community outreach, and event initiatives. Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and other key stakeholders. Event Execution: Plan and execute community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads effectively. Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on outreach activities, performance, and results. Use your skills to make a difference! Qualifications: Must reside in Seattle, WA or nearby locations. Willingness to travel within the community, as this is a field-based role. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in community outreach, grassroots marketing, or similar roles. Proficient in MS Office products and various CRM platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Broad knowledge/skills to operate effectively in various field settings that align with our diverse prospect base, such as veterans and multicultural partners. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Life and Health Insurance License. Bilingual abilities. Familiarity with the Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards. Travel: Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The estimated starting salary for this role ranges from $64,100 to $86,600 per year, depending on individual qualifications and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a commission incentive plan based on individual and/or company performance.
