We are preparing for future openings for Project Leader (PM) and Senior Project Leader (SPM) roles, specifically seeking candidates experienced in managing global studies in Oncology (Hematology), Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine. In these key roles, successful candidates will be expected to: Lead project teams while overseeing daily operations to ensure excellence. Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards. Consistently exceed client expectations with a strong focus on patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess: An undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; an advanced degree is advantageous. A minimum of 2+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in managing Global Clinical Trials within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma environment. Strong competencies in project scheduling, resource management, budget oversight, and team coordination. Familiarity with the complete clinical development process, including regulatory submissions. Senior roles (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director) will require additional experience. To excel in this position, candidates should demonstrate: Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. A strategic mindset that fosters growth within our Project Leadership team.
