Your Role The Customer Solutions Architect Specialist (CSA) is a strategic technical leader dedicated to expanding Teradata ecosystems through deep technical engagement and relationship building. This role merges expertise in data architecture, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms with outstanding interpersonal skills to drive innovation and showcase the value of our solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage proactively with customers to understand their business and technical environments, mitigating risks and uncovering opportunities for growth. This position will support both pre-sales and post-sales efforts, focusing on maximizing platform usage and enhancing annual recurring revenue (ARR) through technical progression. Key Responsibilities Customer Advocacy and Relationship Building Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, from technical leads to executive sponsors. Act as a prescriptive advisor to develop remediation plans and early-warning systems to improve account health. Communicate customer feedback, technical challenges, and solution gaps internally to influence product development. Showcase the value of Teradata solutions through continuous customer engagement and success planning. Adoption and Innovation Promotion Advocate for the adoption of Teradata's technical differentiators and capabilities that are underutilized. Educate customers on emerging trends and provide valuable insights through workshops, technical briefings, and innovation days. Create and deliver customized technical materials and hands-on activities tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases that align the Teradata platform with their long-term goals. Technical Growth Opportunities Lead the technical discovery and solution design process for identified growth opportunities to boost ARR. Develop and maintain strategic engagements that highlight the potential for further technical advancement.
