Your Role as a Speech Therapy Specialist In this impactful role, your journey will include: Evaluating, assessing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifying issues and adjusting therapy techniques as necessary. Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatments. Celebrating patient victories along their journey to recovery. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
