Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Develop and advocate for a comprehensive vision for a cutting-edge AI-driven advertising platform that focuses on activation, optimization, measurement, and yield. Identify disruptive opportunities within the AdTech sector, leveraging Generative AI to transform workflows, targeted advertising, creative processes, and monetization strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our platform remains distinct and competitive. Product Innovation & Solution Design Guide the development, specification, and launch of innovative product features such as Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), Hyper-targeting, automated workflows, and advanced analytics. Translate complex customer challenges and market gaps into clear product requirements, user journeys, and architectural frameworks. Collaborate with engineering and AI research teams to implement intelligent solutions powered by advanced workflows, predictive systems, and automation. AI-Driven Product Strategy & Execution Lead the seamless integration of AI into the platform, from foundational infrastructure to application performance, focusing on content generation and optimization models. Partner with AI engineering and research teams to evaluate model performance and gather feedback, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, transparency, and ethical governance. Establish responsible AI use guidelines within advertising, championing compliance, brand safety, and ethical practices. Stakeholder & Market Engagement Foster relationships with agencies, advertisers, publishers, and partners to validate product direction, gather insights, and drive adoption. Collaborate across functions—including sales, marketing, operations, and analytics—to ensure product success and measurable outcomes. Represent the product vision through executive presentations, industry events, and strategic interactions with customers. Lifecycle Ownership & Prioritization Create detailed roadmaps that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Utilize data and insights to prioritize initiatives, balancing incremental improvements with bold, innovative projects. Ensure execution excellence through well-defined requirements, product requirement documents (PRDs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing evaluations. Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, or related fields, with at least 7 years in relevant roles. Demonstrated success in delivering complex platform products at scale across demand and supply-side environments. Deep knowledge of video advertising technologies, including programmatic buying, real-time bidding, audience targeting, and measurement. Experience developing advertising solutions for consumer video platforms (e.g., broadcast, cable, streaming services). Hands-on experience with AI/ML-centered product development, particularly in relation to Generative AI. Exceptional ability to simplify complexity into a strategic vision and actionable specifications. Disclaimer: This role may require compliance with local health and occupational mandates. Salary range: $115,400 to $251,600 annually. Potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
