As a Finance Team Lead, you will take on a variety of exciting responsibilities: Analyze financial and operational outcomes against forecasts to align with strategic goals. Investigate significant variances and develop action plans to improve performance. Conduct accurate month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare detailed monthly financial reports for leadership and stakeholders. Engage in dynamic ad hoc financial projects to adapt to changing business requirements. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a robust understanding of accounting principles; CPA designation is preferred. Experience with reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP/HANA, and Oracle is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
