Exciting Benefits! $3000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Positions! Your Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring care plans are followed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history. Work with the healthcare team to create and implement comprehensive care plans. Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions. Supervise and assist Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving duties. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
