Job Description Join our innovative team as a Lead Product Manager focused on spearheading the future of cloud-native security solutions. In this critical role, you'll guide a dedicated team through the entire product lifecycle—from design to manufacturing, testing, quality assurance, and marketing. You'll play a key part in coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As a vital member of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will own the strategy and execution of technologies essential for secure cloud computing, delivering high-assurance systems. Your work will help protect mission-critical workloads for global enterprises and government entities while defining fundamental security capabilities in one of the leading cloud environments worldwide. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should bring: Over 3 years of experience in product management or similar technical roles. A solid background in developing and launching enterprise-class software. A proven track record of engaging with enterprise customers, effectively balancing feature requests with usability, compliance, and regulatory needs. Knowledge of Cloud Security Frameworks and Methodologies, such as the Center for Internet Security, PCI, ISO, and others. Experience with formal methods and programming languages, including verification techniques or the development of new languages/tooling for security-critical systems. A strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric product designs and strategic priorities. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a history of influencing both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Practical experience with IaaS provider security services/features such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with formal verification, compilers, or new language development for high-assurance systems. An understanding of Host and Endpoint Protection, Kubernetes (OKE), and cloud-native security patterns. Experience in threat and vulnerability management (TVM) as well as various scanning tools for enterprises and cloud customers. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package includes a competitive salary within the range of $74,700 to $178,100 per annum, with the potential for bonuses and equity options.
