Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of surgical patients and families, prioritizing personalized, age- and culture-appropriate care needs. Monitor patient progress toward individualized goals, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless perioperative care. Document all patient assessments, care plans, and clinical responses accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Delegate and supervise care tasks to other qualified healthcare team members, ensuring competency and safety. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in managing urgent or high-risk situations within the operating room. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in Operating Room nursing, demonstrating proficiency in perioperative care.
