Day to Day The Senior Client Insights and Analytics Strategist position is integral to our Global Client Insights team within the Sales organization. Our focus is to drive revenue growth with our largest enterprise clients while fostering innovation in the products, tools, and insights that empower our Sales teams. You will collaborate with various departments at Indeed, including Sales, Product, Client Success, Finance, and Marketing, to uncover data-driven strategies that enhance client performance and support revenue growth. As a Senior Strategist, you will act as both an insights creator and a strategic partner, transforming raw data into impactful narratives. You will support a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts and spearhead scalable insight innovations across the organization. This role is highly visible, and you will closely work with Sales leaders, directly influencing client strategies and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities Interpret and present raw data from diverse sources (such as product, sales performance, campaign data) and convert these into compelling insights. Create persuasive, data-driven narratives that demonstrate business impact, drive client value, and inspire action among senior executives. Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Success teams to support specific enterprise accounts, identifying growth opportunities and addressing performance gaps. Translate client needs and feedback into effective strategies and actionable solutions that contribute to ROI and long-term value. Contribute proactively to innovative methodologies for insight development across various sectors. Manage strategic internal projects that necessitate collaboration across multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. Brainstorm and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to tackle client challenges. Skills/Competencies 5+ years of experience in technology, media, consulting, sales, or marketing fields. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey messages clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Adept at gauging audience reactions and delivering key messages succinctly. Proven data analysis skills and experience interpreting substantial datasets, particularly in search performance or brand measurement. Demonstrated ability in crafting client-centric narratives that influence decisions and showcase ROI. A proactive collaborator who excels in dynamic, ambiguous environments and manages multiple projects efficiently. Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar tools), Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in Salesforce. Salary Range Transparency The salary for this role varies based on location: US Remote: 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year Austin Metro: 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year NYC Metro Area: 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year Seattle Metro Area: 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year San Francisco Metro Area: 88,000 - 132,000 USD per year Benefits - Health, Work/Life Harmony, & Wellbeing We prioritize what matters to you.
