Join our dynamic team as the Trade Programs Compliance Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating innovative trade compliance programs to ensure the smooth cross-border movement of non-sellable goods, such as capital equipment, infrastructure assets, and prototypes. This essential position will be key in operationalizing compliance strategies and integrating regulatory standards into business practices, while supporting global operations at scale. In this exciting role, you will: Oversee the execution of Non-Inventory Trade programs that facilitate the movement of non-sellable goods across borders. Work closely with business teams to understand trade requirements and develop operational frameworks that align with compliance strategies. Simplify complex customs, export control, and regulatory requirements into practical and clear business processes. Manage the intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of non-inventory trade requests all year round. Assist Importer of Record (IoR) and Exporter of Record (EoR) entities in achieving regulatory compliance, including necessary registrations and licensing. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding non-inventory trade operations and risk management. Collaborate with regional trade compliance teams to ensure cohesive global standards while accounting for local regulations. Identify and resolve customs clearance challenges that pose operational risks or could cause delays. Integrate preventive compliance measures within workflows to mitigate risks and avoid violations. Establish regular engagement and review processes that promote ongoing alignment and continuous improvement. Create and monitor metrics that provide insights into execution performance and compliance trends. Champion enhancements to processes that improve scalability and efficiency in trade compliance execution. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in managing sensitive information. Proficiency in developing operational metrics. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and managing multifaceted programs. 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, or cross-border operations. Thorough understanding of customs compliance, import/export regulations, and IoR/EoR models. Experience working with customs brokers and regulatory authorities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP certification, combined with substantial management, analytical, and senior leadership communication experience. Licensed Customs Broker with expertise in HTS classification and customs audits. Extensive knowledge of export compliance, including EAR and ITAR regulations; CUSECO certification preferred. Familiarity with global trade frameworks such as free trade agreements. Proven ability to integrate trade compliance capabilities within complex organizational structures. Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and supporting reform initiatives. You will have the chance to foster a forward-thinking compliance culture while supporting significant non-inventory cargo value across diverse global businesses. The base salary for this position ranges from $66,800.00 to $116,800.00 annually. Your employment package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will depend on various factors such as experience and qualifications.
