As a Senior Automation and Controls Specialist, you will: Create moderately complex instrumentation, controls, and related systems designs using advanced design practices. Assist in developing specifications and creating HMI graphics, PLC programming, and reports. Help with testing and startup of control systems, reviewing complex shop drawings, and providing oversight during testing. Lead and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work to ensure quality and excellence. Assist in preparing proposal sections and presentations while supporting marketing and new business initiatives. Perform other duties as necessary to contribute to automation projects. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of related experience (or equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (frequency may vary) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Water/Wastewater projects is highly preferred. Compensation: Pay Range Minimum: $81,765 Pay Range Maximum: $134,909 Bonuses are discretionary and may apply based on performance.
