License: Must have an active RRT license in hand. Certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required. Must-Have: Must have experience in working with PEDS patients. Candidates should be willing to float to other facilities as needed. All work history, including previous positions, must be included in the profile. References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required for submission. Required certifications need to be active and available at the time of submission. A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within the past 12 months. Candidates must be smoke-free and nicotine-free. Description: Candidates will work in RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients. Experience in high-level care settings is essential. All requests for time off and scheduling need to be communicated during the interview process. Two fingerprintings are required; one onsite and the second through the agency. Background checks will be reviewed, and any license hits will not be accepted. Candidates cannot return to previous roles for one year from their last end date. Candidates may extend their contracts for up to 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. Modules are completed pre-start and annually, varying by specialty.
