Join our dynamic team as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator specializing in Federal bids. In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring compliance tracking across all contract and vendor agreement performance areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee compliance tracking for contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring all performance areas meet standards. Provide insightful compliance reporting and analytics for clients, projects, and corporate operations. Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee adherence to quality expectations. Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party auditors to facilitate collaboration and compliance. Develop comprehensive reports on business continuity, disaster recovery, and document archiving. Supervise external auditors and manage vendor quality assurance audits. Deliver regular compliance updates to project management teams to support effective decision-making. Ensure that staffing, operations, and quality management plans are timely and accurately updated. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Advanced degree or professional designation is preferred. Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contract awards including Cost Reimbursable, Firm, Fixed Price, and Time & Material awards. Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance. Proficient in ERP systems (Coupa preferred), CLM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment with minimal oversight. Experience supporting Federal Health, Civilian, and DoD programs. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and make timely, sound decisions. Proven ability to handle complex subcontract negotiations and dispute resolutions independently in a technical environment. Collaborative experience working in diverse, high-expectation environments across all organizational levels. Familiarity with CPSR-compliant audits and dedication to maintaining robust documentation. Experience in customer service-oriented teams in a matrixed organization is essential. Ability to work effectively under high expectations with diverse assignments and collaborative team settings. Significant experience with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliant policies and procedures and supporting audits.
