Job Overview As a Registered Nurse under provider direction, you will deliver skilled nursing care in diverse clinical settings. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patients' physical and psychosocial needs, ensuring continuity of care through evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include: Providing effective office-based nursing care in collaboration with providers. Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ physical and psychosocial needs and developing care plans. Demonstrating independent nursing actions based on assessments and identified problems. Triage phone calls professionally and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Assisting patients and families with compassion, ensuring confidentiality and privacy. Qualifications: To apply, you must possess a current Connecticut RN License. Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical office setting and familiarity with medical software is preferred.
