Lead Developer for AI & Cloud Solutions

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Lead Developer for AI & Cloud Solutions, where you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and cloud-native applications. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in AI, cloud computing, and software development, particularly in Python, to create and maintain AI-driven cloud applications in Oracle Cloud (OCI) and Oracle SaaS/PaaS environments. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with diverse teams to craft scalable solutions that make a difference. Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in Python, including: Debugging and refactoring complex codebases Performance optimization and memory management Experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks, such as: OCI Generative AI services LangChain Vector databases and embeddings Practical knowledge of Docker and container management Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) CI/CD pipeline development Automated build and deployment strategies Strong grasp of cloud-native architecture principles Experience with OCI services like Compute, Object Storage, Logging, and Monitoring Proven track record of resolving complex production challenges Experience in SLA-driven, customer-focused environments Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and deliverables efficiently At least 10 years of software engineering experience Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and support of Python-based cloud-native services operating on OCI Optimize and manage large, complex Python applications in production Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot LLM / Generative AI solutions, including: OCI Generative AI SDK LangChain workflows Embeddings and vector storage Create and manage Docker images for seamless containerized applications Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Ensure reliable deployments and environment consistency Enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities for cloud workloads Conduct root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA commitments Act as a technical escalation point for production issues Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, deployment, and support Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards This role features a competitive hiring range of $96,800 to $251,600 annually, depending on experience, with additional opportunities for bonuses and equity.
