We're dedicated to guiding our clients in defining and executing effective Finance Systems Strategies. You'll be instrumental in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, particularly Oracle-NetSuite, to address their business challenges and drive success in finance. In this pivotal role, your contributions will enhance our clients' capabilities with new finance technologies, including NetSuite, while supporting finance transformation initiatives that marry finance with technology insights. As a Senior Manager, you will be an integral part of a diverse team of problem solvers, tackling complex business challenges from conception to execution. The Opportunity As part of the Oracle NetSuite team, you will lead the design and execution of enterprise integrations that drive business success. You will supervise and develop team members, manage client accounts, and ensure high-quality deliverables while building strong client relationships and motivating your team to achieve excellence. Responsibilities: Identify and tackle challenges in project execution and team dynamics. Create a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and excellence. Leverage technology to refine processes and enhance service delivery. Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart: Proven leadership in enterprise integration projects. Experience with iPaaS platforms for scalable solution design. Expertise in NetSuite integration capabilities, including Boomi, APIs, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite data structures. Familiarity with integrating NetSuite with third-party applications such as Salesforce, Coupa, Vertex, Netgain, or Tipalti. Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams. Knowledge of supporting integrations with NetSuite EPM solutions and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. Ability to lead integration workstreams through deployment activities. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
