Department/Unit: Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist - E5 Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 Join our dedicated team at Albany Medical Center, where you will play a vital role in creating a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues. You will implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting all required information in compliance with company policies and regulations. As a key member of the health care team, you will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, ensuring response to the care provided is effectively tracked. Utilizing sound nursing judgment, you will make informed decisions regarding patient care management. Responding to both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, you will provide primary and emergency care as necessary. You will administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as per physician orders. Collaborating closely with the nursing team, you will help develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
