We are looking for a motivated and seasoned professional to take on the role of Fleet Operations Senior Manager. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations that support our commercial teams and other business units. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire fleet program, covering vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, and disposal. Design and implement fleet policies to guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements. Collaborate with the Fleet Management Company (FMC) and negotiate contracts with manufacturing partners. Track fleet performance metrics while identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational enhancements. Work with HR to assist in onboarding and offboarding of field employees. Ensure timely reporting of fleet metrics, including mileage, fuel usage, and incidents. Lead sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. Act as the main contact for all fleet-related inquiries and issue resolution. Oversee the annual driver-tax reporting for company drivers, ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines. Core Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations. Familiarity with fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in fleet management or related operations (6 years with a Master’s degree). Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred. The salary range for this position is $119,200 to $149,000, with additional compensation opportunities based on merit and experience.
