The Opportunity Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and play a crucial role in supporting various cloud applications within the GPS unit. In this position, you will oversee services from inception to completion, including service engineering, troubleshooting, maintaining service quality, establishing service standards, and managing vendors. You will ensure application stability, address incidents, supervise change controls, and automate processes. As a PKI Specialist, you will work closely with the PKI Architect to diagnose issues, design optimal solutions, implement enhancements, and provide continued support for PKI services across the GPS organization. Your Key Responsibilities Support and maintain applications, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Azure Cloud Services Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) Manage servers and networks aligned with Active Directory environments: System Center Operations Manager Administration Windows Server 2022 Administration Single Sign-On (SSO) setup and troubleshooting Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Address urgent issues and adapt to shifting priorities. Identify improvement opportunities through thorough analysis of business, functional, operational, and security aspects. Effectively communicate design strategies to gain stakeholder support. Coordinate design efforts across teams to ensure successful execution of complex projects. Develop technical and functional solutions that seamlessly integrate with business processes. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure. 3+ years of experience in PKI administration. The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance. Understanding of PKI concepts and certificate hierarchies. Familiarity with PKI policies and requirements. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services. Deep knowledge in cloud infrastructure management. Experience writing scripts (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to interact with APIs. Knowledge of various PKI use cases and management processes. Experience with PKI implementation and certificate lifecycle management. Experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM) technologies. A thorough understanding of digital certificate management functions. A broad knowledge of PKI vendors and technologies. Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and standards. Aptitude for analyzing business requirements and creating innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Good judgment, tact, and ability to make decisions. Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel as necessary. Ideally, You'll Also Have: Azure certification for implementing Microsoft Azure Solutions. Experience in large-scale IT deployments or cloud infrastructure projects. At least one technical certification in the Azure platform. Experience with PKI technologies like Microsoft AD CS and HSM providers. Experience automating certificate lifecycle management functions. Experience with certificate request and issuance processes integrated with automation platforms.
