Job Description Join our dynamic Oracle Payroll practice as a Senior Consultant and be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions as part of our dedicated project teams. You will actively engage in solution design and implementation, focused on delivering high-quality, integrated software solutions efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle's Fusion solution. Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes, provide customized solutions, and promote the adoption of Oracle's advanced methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate business process workshops that guide clients through the transition to Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, aiding clients in defining crucial processes and obtaining approvals to align expectations with proposed solutions. Utilize Oracle's Implementation Methodology to ensure structured and effective project engagement. Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution to meet specific client needs. Assist clients with workshops to familiarize them with the cloud solution configuration. Support clients through all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live activities. Work closely with the data migration team to facilitate client data migration efforts. Collaborate with the integration team in developing, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party or custom solutions. Ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of all client-related work. Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated experience in full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll projects. Prior consulting experience in a consulting or software company is advantageous. Proven experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Adept at business analysis and gathering requirements effectively. Experience with multiple HCM modules is considered a plus. The salary range for this position starts from $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity based on qualifications and experience.
