The new Radionix vision Mission control for your security encapsulates our focus on empowering users with an intrusion system that seamlessly integrates every layer of security, from our intrusion system products to our G Series panels to our reimagined Remote Security Manager app. Fairport, NY is the headquarters for the Radionix sales & marketing organization in the United States and serves as the primary site for research and development, engineering, quality, and product management for intrusion detection systems, including state-of-the-art sensors, control panels, software, communications and more. This role is a hybrid position at our Fairport, NY office location. Job Description The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for both indirect and direct procurement across Keenfinity's Intrusion and Access business "Radionix." In this essential function, the Senior Sourcing Specialist will build supplier relationships, lead procurement efficiently, and ensure a steady flow of inputs critical to the success of the business. Core activities include, but not limited to, working with technical components, trade goods, and externally sourced services, for example Marketing Communication, Engineering, and offshore shared service centers. The Senior Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in our transition to an independent company following the carve-out from the Bosch group, helping to shape both our supplier base and purchasing practices, and establishing tailored purchasing support aligned with an SME-style operating model. This role combines technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to ensure optimal supply, cost competitiveness and supplier performance for Intrusion and Access. Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management for key components. Drive new product development in cooperation with Engineering, EMS, and Supplier to serial production (includes Supplier scouting, qualification, and awarding). Manage purchasing of trade goods; and align with EMS partners for standard components. Support and develop material field strategies with focus on key components in close cooperation with BU and corporate functions. Ensure supply chain stability, including escalation and bottleneck management. Conduct annual supplier negotiations (prices, conditions, contracts) with focus on long-term partnerships and sustainable cost reductions. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of procurement activities. Contribute to global coordination of purchasing activities and best practice sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years professional experience in strategic or technical purchasing, ideally with exposure to electronics, assemblies, and/or industrial products. Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, bottleneck management, and international collaboration. Experience with EMS (Electronics manufacturing services) sourcing and/or indirect spend categories is a strong plus. Strong technical interest and understanding in electronics manufacturing paired with solid commercial expertise. Entrepreneurial mindset, structured working style, high resilience, and assertiveness. Must have a high level of self-motivation. Must have strong communication skills including the ability to facilitate cross-functionally and ability to build lasting external supplier partnerships. Cross-cultural competence and willingness to work in an international work environment. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional Information The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$116,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made, to the extent they do not pose an undue hardship, to enable qualified individuals with covered disabilities to perform essential functions.
