Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Pass Ryder's Drug Test Complete a background check and motor vehicle check Pass a DOT physical examination Pass a Ryder road test Hold a valid CDL with necessary endorsements Have verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle: At least 9 months experience within the last 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years Capability to follow written and/or oral instructions Adept at reading, interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and policies Important Note: Some positions may require additional screenings, including employment and education verification, and may involve customer-specific background or badging requirements.
