Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities The Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Consultant plays an essential role in our Delivery Practice. As a consultant, you will actively contribute to successful project execution and business growth through the following: Delivery Act as the lead consultant for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to post-production support. Work collaboratively with client teams to thoroughly understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Develop and enhance best practices within Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and more). Create and design reports essential for the implementation process. Pre-sales/Sales Conduct initial discovery sessions to evaluate customer needs and align them with Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities. Assist in the formulation of proposals and Statements of Work. Present demonstrations of Oracle Cloud Financials to potential clients. Remain knowledgeable about all service offerings and Oracle products through continuous learning and participation in relevant events. Collaborate with the Delivery Director and Sales Team to design and recommend practical, implementable solutions based on client requirements and software capabilities. Keep abreast of the latest product releases and features to share with the team. Serve as an advisor to clients on best practices and effective design approaches. Engage in hands-on activities such as workshops, configurations, and other project-related tasks. Required Technical and Professional Expertise A post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (degree in Finance or Accounting preferred). 5-7 years of delivery consulting experience with at least 3 years as a lead consultant. Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions. Comprehensive understanding of Financial Reporting standards and practices. Experience with reporting tools such as FRS, Smartview, and OTBI. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong teamwork and independent work skills with minimal supervision. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable language.
