Job Description A thriving, physician-led dermatology group is eager to welcome a skilled Dermatology Physician Assistant with over 2 years of dedicated dermatology experience. This is an incredible opportunity for a PA who has a passion for medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology, seeking to join a high-volume, patient-centered team supported by strong clinical resources and autonomy. About the Role As an experienced Dermatology PA, you will be integral in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide array of dermatologic conditions. Collaborating closely with board-certified dermatologists, you will independently manage your own schedule and perform advanced dermatologic procedures. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat various dermatologic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, infections, and hair/scalp disorders. Perform essential dermatologic procedures including: Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies Cryotherapy and electrodessication Simple excisions and wound management Provide cosmetic dermatology services based on experience, including neurotoxin injections, fillers, microneedling, lasers, and peels. Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients, follow-ups, and ongoing care for chronic conditions. Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and skincare maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Collaborate effectively with physicians, Medical Assistants, and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care. What We're Looking For Master's Degree from an accredited PA program. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dermatology PA (required). Strong skills in dermatologic procedures and evidence-based clinical practice. Proven ability to manage an independent patient panel. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
