Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Clinical Specialist Consultant to enhance the efficiency of Fujifilm's innovative endoscopy technology in healthcare environments. In this essential role, you'll provide top-notch customer support and training, empowering users to maximize the benefits of our advanced endoscopy equipment. Working closely with physicians, technicians, and nurses, you will report to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager, playing a crucial role in optimizing the performance of Fujifilm's products. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary training resource for Fujifilm's equipment, offering ongoing education to healthcare clients. Provide personalized post-sale client support, which includes: Setting up and supporting installations of Fujifilm video tower/systems. Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining all Fujifilm equipment. Monitoring repair transactions and offering assistance as needed. Conducting case observations and providing ongoing staff training on our technology. Independently manage Fujifilm equipment at client sites, proactively identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency. Serve as the primary contact for repair histories, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing preventative measures. Prepare and present detailed reports to management on training progress, usage metrics, and trends to support strategic decisions and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. Utilize data-driven insights to improve staff training and monitor installation outcomes. Maintain accurate customer data for integration into future database applications. Represent Fujifilm at local, regional, and national trade shows as needed. Ensure adherence to safety policies and compliance with relevant FDA and ISO regulatory requirements. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience is preferred. Prior knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy and experience in advanced therapeutic procedures is highly desirable. Proficiency in computers and software applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively convey technical information. Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endoscopy equipment and diagnose root causes of issues. Strong time management and decision-making skills to facilitate efficient customer training. Confidence in presenting information to small groups. Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts related to discount calculations. Physical Requirements: Ability to manipulate hands, including keyboard usage. Capability to stand, talk, and hear effectively. Capacity to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. Close vision abilities for clear sight at short distances. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the designated region. Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary of $59,000, with an $8,000 KPI, plus a company vehicle. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
