Job Description Note: This position requires up to 75% travel. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain security clearance. Join our dynamic Federal Learning team as a Learning Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training at client sites. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client leadership to design and implement tailored learning strategies that support business outcomes. Lead and manage individual site learning projects, ensuring successful curriculum implementation, identifying gaps, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Proactively address project risks with innovative solutions, working closely with project leadership as necessary. Utilize learning systems to analyze and report on vital performance indicators, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. Oversee logistics for training events and related meetings to ensure smooth operations. Localize and execute training strategies that encourage maximum adoption and meet project goals. Stay informed on the latest deployment and sustainment methodologies. Cultivate relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare information technology, consulting, or client-facing roles. Demonstrated experience in training project management. Must be eligible for Tier 3 Public Trust due to client contract requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR. Expectations: Willingness to travel up to 75% as business needs require. Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary. Comply with corporate security policies and protect company and client assets. Perform other tasks as assigned. Disclaimer: Some U.S.-based client-facing positions may require compliance with specific health mandates. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum.
