The CFO-Enterprise Value team is pivotal in providing finance executives with the resources and insights needed for strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop solutions for intricate business challenges within your area of responsibility, requiring a comprehensive understanding of organizational objectives. Contribute to setting the strategic direction and establishing near-term objectives for your area. Engage with senior management across clients and within Accenture, influencing major decisions and negotiations. Exercise autonomy in decision-making, determining objectives and approaches for critical assignments, impacting both your area and beyond. Lead large teams and manage work efforts, whether as a team leader or individual contributor. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 10 years of management consulting experience. A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles managing large teams. Proven operational expertise in one or more of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Management Reporting). Advanced enterprise planning, integrated business planning, scenario modeling, advanced predictive analytics. Program management responsibilities within financial processes and systems. A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and best practices. Experience managing a finance team function. Expertise in management reporting and operational scorecards. Experience with integration projects, transitioning from legacy systems to new ERP systems with an emphasis on standardizing functions, processes, and data. Finance transformation across areas such as Financial Planning, Reporting, EPM, and Systems Integration. Automation and standardization of financial processes, including the establishment of Finance Centers of Excellence. Competency in reporting and analytics, including dashboard creation, KPI definitions, and value realization. Preferred Qualifications: MBA is preferred. Familiarity with Finance and Performance Analytics Technologies (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP SAC, and others). Demonstrated success in a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. A passion for working in a technology-enabled process environment. Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
