Job Description Join our innovative engineering consulting firm as a Civil Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting land development projects through technical drafting, site design, and permit documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing grading plans, utility layouts, and detailed site designs. Produce and revise civil drawings and technical plans utilizing Civil 3D or similar design software. Support the development of stormwater management, erosion control, and utility design plans. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate client and regulatory feedback. Prepare permit packages and technical documentation for municipal and regulatory review. Complete drafting and design tasks to facilitate project entitlements and construction documents. Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's or Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with CAD and Civil 3D is preferred. Strong drafting and technical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Interest in land development site design and permitting is a plus. EIT certification preferred but not required.
