We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist who is dedicated to connecting and safeguarding our customers through innovative electrical solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to provide exceptional service throughout your territory, supporting the achievement of company objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers through effective communication. Oversee the complete order management process, from quoting to cash collection, ensuring precision and efficiency. Promptly investigate and resolve customer discrepancies and material return requests. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage customer back orders and lead time inquiries, guaranteeing accurate shipping information. Address and rectify any pricing discrepancies identified during the order placement process. Handle customer inquiries through email and phone, collaborating with departments such as Transportation & Distribution, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to provide effective solutions. Utilize our SalesForce.com CRM to efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Background in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service setting focusing on order management and pricing quotes is highly desirable. Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical customers. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines while managing various priorities. A collaborative mindset to work positively across different departments committed to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Infor M3 ERP software is an added advantage.
