Job Description About the Role Join Oracle's NetSuite Customer Success team as a seasoned Consulting Technical Lead, focusing on delivering exceptional ERP implementations and optimization projects tailored for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Leveraging the SuiteSuccess methodology, you will impact our clients across North America by successfully leading end-to-end NetSuite projects. This position is an integral part of our Customer Success - Professional Services organization. You will oversee various aspects of the implementation journey, including project quality, adherence to scope, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Consulting Technical Lead, you will take ownership of project outcomes, efficiently collaborating with Project Managers and implementation teams to develop tailored ERP solutions. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex client scenarios. In addition to core ERP responsibilities, you will play a key role in integrating AI-driven transformations, guiding customers in adopting AI features within NetSuite to enhance their operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for the Food & Beverage industry, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Architect complex NetSuite solutions to align with customer business objectives, including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations. Define functional requirements and work alongside technical teams and partners to develop and implement integrations and configurations. Promote continuous improvement in processes and contribute to Oracle's knowledge base while actively participating in professional networks. Support AI-driven use cases within ERP projects to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making processes. Encourage cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships across business units to drive project success. Identify new opportunities for innovation in project delivery and motivate the team to adopt creative solutions. Monitor performance metrics, mentor team members, and ensure the timely completion of quality objectives. Contribute to Oracle's knowledge resources by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in ERP solutions implementation and/or administration, with a strong preference for consulting experience in this area. Proven track record in ERP functional consulting, specifically in leading implementations in the Food & Beverage sector. Extensive experience with the NetSuite platform preferred; comparable experience with other ERP solutions will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and produce executive-level communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Fluency in English required. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in NetSuite (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) or equivalent cloud technologies. Familiarity with BlendApps is advantageous. Experience in implementing AI/ML capabilities integrated within business applications. Knowledge of OCI Generative AI services and/or NetSuite AI features such as Intelligent Item Recommendations and Demand Planning. Experience in creating KPI frameworks for AI-enabled or automation projects. Demonstrated success in leading complex ERP programs. Experience coaching consultants and team members in delivery projects. Willingness to travel as needed, potentially up to 50%.
