You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create effective care plans that promote optimal outcomes and continuity of care. Key responsibilities include: Administering medications and managing complex medical equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient statuses to ensure the highest standard of care. Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
