Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship

This is a full-time, temporary position for the summer of 2026, offering an hourly pay rate of $18. Qualified candidates should be available to work a 40-hour week from June 1, 2026, to at least August 15, 2026. Positions are available in our branches located in Schenectady, NY, and Amsterdam, NY (based on residence). Responsibilities As a Management Intern, every day will present you with new and exciting challenges. You'll be placed at the center of operations, much like our Management Trainees, and will have the chance to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, crafting marketing strategies, and building meaningful relationships with coworkers and clients. You'll utilize your skills to complete various intern projects and engage in friendly competitions with your peers, with potential for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a college or university, graduating between August 2026 and June 2027. A valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship from our company now or in the future. A commitment to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal business hours is necessary, except for religious observations. Must reside within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the assigned location(s) within 30 days of the anticipated start date. Must have at least 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
