Job Description

The Corporate Actions Content Analyst is a key role in the Corporate Actions Suite of Investment Compliance Solutions, focused on analyzing corporate actions. Join us in delivering high-quality insights and support for our tax and regulatory products. Responsibilities: Assist with various tax and regulatory products related to U.S. federal income tax rules, especially those affecting withholding on outgoing payments tied to financial instruments. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report issues related to tax, securities, and other regulations. Develop and sustain expertise in relevant tax laws impacting these products. Analyze and summarize corporate filings and legal opinions. Conduct daily research on corporate actions and track events through to their conclusion. Provide courteous and knowledgeable interactions with clients, including major financial institutions, banks, and brokerages. Ensure timely completion of daily production deadlines for supported withholding products. Offer updates and guidance to internal business stakeholders as required. Foster effective communication within the Investment Compliance team. Additional Duties: Engage in special projects with experts or product management as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; JD, CPA, or LLM in Taxation preferred. Able to work independently while fostering strong cross-functional team collaboration. Exceptional research and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strict deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment and demonstrate flexibility and creativity. Compensation: $48,900.00 - $83,750.00 USD This role is eligible for a bonus. The compensation range above reflects the primary location for this position. The actual salary depends on numerous factors, such as skills and experience. Your recruiter will provide more details on the offer based on the job location during the hiring process.
