In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative cloud solutions that facilitate business transformation. As a Team Lead, you will motivate your team, manage client accounts, and ensure project success while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and ensure successful project outcomes. Mentor and support the professional development of junior staff. Embrace and implement advanced technologies in project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart: Preferred certifications include: Google Cloud Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, among others. Proven knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies. Experience in building data processing pipelines for integrating large datasets from various sources. Expertise in implementing and designing AI/ML solutions using leading platforms. Leadership experience in transformational projects focused on Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud services. Familiarity with infrastructure configuration management tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Strong software development skills related to cloud architecture and design patterns. Hands-on experience with Cloud IaaS & PaaS components, security, and compliance. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles. Capability in managing project operations including estimation, staffing, budgeting, and risk management. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within this range will be based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
