We are excited to announce an immediate opening for the full-time salaried position of Lead Senior Restaurant Manager. Job Summary: The Lead Senior Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in steering all front-of-house operations in alignment with P.F. Chang's standards, under the direction of the Operating Partner. This position is crucial for ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. Job Responsibilities: Mentor and train all Hospitality Team Members to ensure a high level of service excellence. Communicate effectively with Team Members, Management, and Guests to create a cohesive environment. Create and manage schedules for the Hospitality Team to maintain smooth operations. Lead pre-shift meetings to set daily goals and provide guidance to the staff. Uphold dress code standards among all front-of-house personnel. Ensure compliance with all state safety and sanitation regulations. Assist with inventory management and its execution. Manage expenses effectively within your area of responsibility. Oversee the completion of assigned side work tasks. Facilitate check-outs for all Hospitality staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests alike. Address Guest Service issues with professionalism and empathy. Inspire and model adherence to company values in every aspect of the role. Be prepared for physical demands, including standing and walking for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lifting items up to 50 lbs as needed. Operate kitchen equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance of knives. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management. Valid driver's license is required for responsibilities such as shift coverage and offsite meetings. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting is essential. Ability to mentor and effectively train hourly team members. Strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and guide teams efficiently. Preferences: Experience in a casual or upscale dining environment. Background in a corporate restaurant chain with established processes.
