Job Overview As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant and General Manager while running exceptional shifts that embody the Live Más spirit. You will take charge of your shift, proactively solving problems and leading your team towards success. Key Responsibilities Efficient Shift Management: Ensure smooth operations and uphold the high standards of Taco Bell. Proactive Problem Solving: Take initiative to address challenges and seek assistance when necessary to support your team. Team Development: Mentor and guide team members to provide outstanding customer service consistently.
