JOB SUMMARY: In this vital role, you will deliver outstanding medical care to patients of all ages with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while upholding the highest standards of care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role will involve, but is not limited to: Delivering exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers. Providing friendly and efficient care to all patients seeking health-related services. Leading and supporting during emergencies with a comforting presence. Performing a range of medical assessments, treatments, and ongoing follow-ups. Conducting medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and more. Monitoring and establishing appropriate care levels for patients. Overseeing on-site laboratory, x-rays, and collections for direct access services. Maintaining clinical core competency and ensuring compliance with medical standards. Engaging in the development and revision of policies that affect medical practice. Participating in educational programs for staff and offering mentorship. Contributing to growth initiatives for services offered at the center. WHAT'S REQUIRED? To be successful, you should possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. Active state license as an APRN or PA. Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Board Certification. Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire. Current DOT certification or willingness to acquire it upon hire. Current BLS certification. WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE? Our full-time staff works a rotating schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and alternating weekends. PRN team members are scheduled as needed. Our centers are open daily: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. All centers are Accredited Care Centers, signifying our commitment to safety and quality care.
