Position Summary Join our team as the Director of Market Insights, where you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making for Specialty Networks. This position focuses on utilizing real-world data (RWD), advanced analytics, and market intelligence to bolster strategic initiatives across various therapeutic areas. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that influence product development, go-to-market strategies, and commercial execution. Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams, you will ensure that Specialty Networks stays competitive and attuned to the changing needs of providers, payers, and pharma partners through insightful analytics and evidence-based recommendations. This remote role entails travel of up to 30%. Responsibilities Data & Analytics Leadership Develop and enhance advanced analytics frameworks for monitoring market trends, therapeutic area performance, and competitive dynamics. Leverage RWD and commercial datasets to provide insights that inform business development, targeting, and product prioritization. Create intuitive dashboards, comprehensive reports, and predictive models to aid executive decision-making and operational planning. Market Intelligence & Insight Generation Conduct ongoing evaluations of pharma and biotech pipelines, M&A activities, and emerging scientific trends. Deliver actionable intelligence through therapeutic area landscape reports, competitor benchmarking, and quarterly analytics briefs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure insights seamlessly integrate into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to validate new therapeutic area opportunities using data-driven methodologies. Facilitate alignment across marketing, provider engagement, and data product teams through clear analytics-based recommendations. Success Metrics Quality and impact of analytics deliverables on strategic decisions. Adoption of insights into product and commercial strategies. Measurable improvements in targeting, engagement, and therapeutic area expansion outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 8-10 years in healthcare analytics, consulting, life sciences, or biopharma strategy with significant experience in RWD and market intelligence preferred. Experience with therapeutic area pipeline analysis and competitive landscape evaluation. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms (e.g., SAS, R, Python). Strong understanding of specialty care ecosystems, including pharma commercialization and payer dynamics. Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven experience in influencing cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
