Senior Principal Consultant - Retail and Related Segments Why Choose NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS)? Their NetSuite systems will present unique challenges, including a complex array of modules, customizations, and integrations. The Senior Principal Consultant will collaborate in a cross-functional team aimed at delivering an omni-channel commerce platform tailored for retail soft-goods businesses such as Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, and Health and Beauty. You will leverage your industry experience to align functional and technical requirements vital for implementing NetSuite in support of our customers' operational goals. In this role, you will assess customer needs, guide the solution design, and oversee the successful delivery of NetSuite services, taking into account various technical environments, including new and legacy systems, applications, and security best practices. You will lead business process analyses, execute functional scopes, and coordinate implementation tasks alongside project resources. Key Responsibilities: Engage in identifying and documenting customer value gaps using our proprietary methodologies. Collaborate with customers to address critical gaps and gain consensus. Create complex solution architectures that incorporate configuration, integration, and technical components with our Technical Services team. Define extensive functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite. Partner with Technical Services to design and unit test these automations and integrations. Review deliverables from team members to ensure quality. Enhance your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Collaborate with other ACS teams for holistic solutions across the company. Contribute to best practices documentation and share knowledge through various platforms. Mentor and train junior consulting staff. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: 6+ years of relevant experience in core vertical markets such as Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Distribution, or Retail. Expertise in full life cycle implementations in Retail, Apparel, or related ERP solutions. Strong familiarity with the NetSuite platform is highly desirable. Exceptional project and team leadership qualities. Skilled in translating business needs into functional requirements. Knowledge of NetSuite products and SuiteCloud offerings is a plus. Familiarity with Retail Management Systems and ERP frameworks is advantageous. Understanding of integration tools and technologies is an added benefit. Possess excellent communication, analysis, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Willingness to travel moderately as required by the role.
