Join our flock and prepare to soar. As a Customer Service Leader (CSL), you will be an enthusiastic leader playing a vital role in supporting store operations. You will work alongside fellow supervisors and store leaders to provide excellent customer service, enhance sales, and maintain a safe, organized, and fully stocked store. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries swiftly. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve store objectives related to sales, expenses, Associate retention, and training. Lead, motivate, and train Associates to boost sales and performance during shifts. Ensure consistent implementation of customer service programs, policies, and store technology components. Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and ensure store safety. Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and smart ordering, ensuring customers can find what they need. Eligibility for Wawa benefits is defined under the terms of the plan(s). Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs. Supervisory experience in retail or food service environments is a plus. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, allowing you more time to balance your life outside of work. The hourly salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.60, based on experience and location. Additionally, Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
