About the Role As the Senior Principal, Strategic Consulting, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, guiding them through complex challenges and shaping strategies that promote patient-centered care. You will lead impactful engagements, cultivate long-term partnerships, and drive innovation in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the Program Office function from inception. Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives. Oversee teams to ensure success in complex, multi-workstream projects. Implement reporting and metrics for tracking progress and outcomes. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives. Identify client needs and connect them with the appropriate resources to maximize impact. Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives. Lead innovation within Consulting by expanding methodologies, tools, and technology. Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans aligned with client goals, ensuring measurable outcomes. Drive additional consulting and product sales through strategic relationship building and integrated solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles. Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory. Strong background in experience measurement and management with expertise in behavioral science practices. Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across various healthcare business lines. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, with experience from provider and health plan perspectives preferred. Prior consulting experience and a leader-of-leaders capability strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Willingness to travel nationally up to 75%. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $255,000. Salary offers are based on various factors, including skills, training, experience, and education.
