Your responsibilities include: Providing expert service and repairs for heating and air conditioning systems. Upholding technical excellence to maintain our commitment of Always On Time Or You Don't Pay A Dime! ®. Utilizing our Straight Forward Pricing Guide® and True Cost Calculator for transparency on each call. Evaluating systems to advise customers on repair versus replacement options, ensuring clear explanations of all services performed. Testing systems post-service to confirm proper functioning and satisfaction. Conducting thorough inspections to prevent future issues. Completing all documentation accurately, with recommendations clearly noted. Promoting our Club Membership Agreements, aiming for a 25% conversion rate among non-members and a 90% renewal rate for existing members. Providing leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator for potential system expansions or replacements. Adhering to the One Hour Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC sector. Required EPA Type 1 and 2 certifications. NATE certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening is mandatory. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge are required. Acceptance of the Company Code of Ethics and willingness to be recorded for training and compliance at least six times a year.
