Travel Requirements: Some travel is necessary for this role, ranging from 10% to 40%. What you need: At least 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing projects, particularly in Marketing negotiations. Minimum of 1 year proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and analyze complex models and reports. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (for those with an associate degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required). Strong procurement expertise in Marketing categories such as Creative Agencies, Media Buying & Planning, PR Agencies, Experiential Agencies, Market Research, MarTech, Digital/Social Marketing, Commercial Print, and Promotional Items. Bonus points for: Experience in management consulting with a reputable firm. Client-facing management consulting experience. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics). An MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. A proactive, self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and innovate. A comfort level in an entrepreneurial, high-performance setting, with a focus on innovation and process enhancement. Compensation varies across locations and may include other factors like skills, experience, and role specifics.
