Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience as a VP of Finance or CFO, preferably in a growth-stage company. Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong background in data analysis is essential. Proven success in B2B FinTech environments. A passion for digital assets is a major plus. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a critical thinking mindset. A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative atmosphere.
