The Opportunity You will lead the development and deployment of innovative data solutions utilizing Palantir Foundry as a member of the Data and Analytics Engineering team. As a Director, your guidance on large projects will achieve operational excellence and enhance client interactions, leveraging your expertise to solve complex challenges. In addition, you will take on a strategic advisory role, motivating and mentoring teams to deliver quality outcomes that contribute to the firm's overall success. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Foundry Data Engineer, Foundry Solution Architect, or Foundry Application Developer are favored. Excellence in crafting customer-focused solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience building applications with large datasets. Collaborating effectively with diverse technical teams. Familiarity with Python and/or Typescript. Experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP. Track record of delivering production enterprise AI solutions. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, along with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
