The Team - Private Equity - Technology Advisory Become a part of a talented team that brings deep business and technology transformation insights. We assist Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies through major challenges such as carve-outs, due diligence, system implementations, and strategic corporate realignments. Our services encompass IT strategy and operations, portfolio management, program management, and project management within the context of mergers and acquisitions. You Are You have successfully executed IT Due Diligence for M&A transactions, assessing IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and operations, while crafting IT separation strategies to ensure minimal disruption. You possess a strong background in defining Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs) and have developed detailed IT separation roadmaps, covering application migration, infrastructure transitions, and data partitioning. You are highly experienced with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. You've transitioned legacy Microsoft on-premises systems, such as Active Directory and Exchange, to Azure AD and Microsoft 365, and implemented Microsoft Teams and Intune endpoint management. You have managed the consolidation of cloud tenants using both native and third-party tools. You excel in leading and executing projects with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships and delivering high-quality workmanship, all while effectively managing numerous moving parts. As a team builder and problem solver, you stay informed about emerging technologies and utilize them to craft unique solutions for your clients. You communicate and collaborate efficiently with teams, consistently seeking opportunities to adopt best practices that enhance client outcomes. Your Impact Lead technology assessments and IT due diligence projects for commercial and private equity clients, focusing on carve-outs and mergers. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business continuity during IT platform mergers. Play a pivotal IT role throughout the M&A process, ensuring timely project delivery. Analyze IT costs, identify potential synergies from deals, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Enhance IT M&A methodologies including diligence and planning. Assess the quality and performance of clients' IT environments and technical security postures. Facilitate client collaboration through the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365. Modernize legacy technologies and data center operations through Azure and cloud migration. Enhance client security using advanced Microsoft security and identity features. Manage large, complex projects through their full life cycle, from requirements definition to ongoing support. Adopt Highspring's client service approach, maintaining strong client relationships to ensure objectives are met with high-quality services. Leadership Expectations Demonstrated experience in technology consulting, capable of leading, coaching, and mentoring teams. Active participation in career development and technical training initiatives for staff. At a minimum, you will have: 5+ years of experience with a Big 4 firm or professional services experience. Consulting experience in IT Due Diligence, IT M&A, or strategy related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. An understanding of the IT M&A transaction lifecycle, including planning and performance improvement. Proficiency in migrating legacy Microsoft on-premises systems to Azure and Microsoft 365. Experience in infrastructure, networking, communication, productivity, security, and service management. Ability to design enterprise technology architecture across industries. Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or others like CISA, CISSP, PMP, or ITIL. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferably, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. Experience in management reporting and metrics that monitor value creation initiatives. Experience in developing and executing a technology integration playbook for acquisitions. Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as experience and skill levels. However, as required by local law, the estimated salary range for this position is between $116,554 and $196,081 USD. Eligible candidates may also receive bonuses and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
