Your Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and scalability of AI/ML applications and models utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions. Ensure data integrity and ethical governance throughout the AI/ML lifecycle. Stay informed on the latest AI/ML advancements and integrate new technologies into our practices. Encourage adoption of AI/ML best practices across the organization. Mentor and nurture engineers within the team. Contribute to the design and review of technical architecture. Balance product development with operational needs, including documentation and automation. Engage in on-call duties to troubleshoot and resolve service issues as they arise. What You Bring to the Table: Strong proficiency in Python. Architect-level experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning; knowledge in AI Agents, LLM, or Vector DB is a plus. Experience with distributed systems in a cloud environment. Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of service-oriented design patterns and communication protocols. Understanding modern infrastructure components, including service discovery and software-defined networking. Experience in production operations and commitment to quality code practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical ideas effectively. What We Offer: Competitive salary range ($96,800 to $223,400 per year) with bonus and equity potential.
