No Experience Needed - We'll Train You!Must Be Willing To Obtain REQUIRED Security License All Soccer Games Starting Pay: $21 - $22/hour Allied Universal® Event Services is looking to hire Event Security personnel. This role entails checking bags, enforcing access control, and implementing policies to ensure the safety of guests while providing superior customer service for an outstanding guest experience. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and execution of event day operations. Manage entry into the venue, including ticket collection/scanning, and verification of wristbands and badges. Conduct guest screening during entry through bag searches, hand wand or metal detector use, and ID verification. Safeguard guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at key checkpoints. Act swiftly to address potential crowd control issues and escort unruly guests as necessary. Understand and uphold the policies, procedures, and regulations specific to different venues and events. Enhance guest experience by providing helpful directions and suggestions upon their arrival. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws. Successful completion of a background check and a pre-employment drug/alcohol test is required. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion effectively. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
