Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Certification(s) Preferred: APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Implementing Kinaxis technology for measurable industry or consulting results. Understanding demand planning and its effects on inventory and costs. Communicating complex supply optimization analytics effectively. Experience in quantitative analysis and problem-solving within supply chain contexts. Strong Leadership Skills: Expertise in Kinaxis planning and control tower tools. Familiarity with demand planning processes and data management. Experience with planning for various industries such as CPG, Industrial Products, Paper and Pulp, Pharma Life Sciences. Managing tiered inventory levels and optimizing associated costs. Strategic optimization of supply plans aligned with corporate goals. Understanding of sales and operations planning processes (S&OP). Assessment of current supply planning practices and identification of improvement opportunities. Development and implementation of supply chain and capacity planning enhancements. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
